  1. Ashley Tisdale Best known for her role in High School Musical, actress Ashley Tisdale openly admitted to having a rhinoplasty procedure in 2007. She reportedly had a deviated septum and small fractures in her nose, which interfered with her breathing. She opted for the surgery to address these issues and to restore the proper function of her nose.
  2. Dianna Agron Glee star Dianna Agron opted for rhinoplasty after she broke her nose twice and suffered from a deviated septum. The procedure successfully repaired the damage caused by her injuries.
  3. Lisa Kudrow Friends star Lisa Kudrow underwent a rhinoplasty procedure when she was just 16 years old. The actress revealed that the experience changed her life because of the way the results made her feel about her own appearance. For Kudrow, the decision to undergo surgery was based on cosmetic reasons as she wished to enhance her overall appearance.
  4. Tyra Banks The host of the TV show America’s Next Top Model and a model in her own right, Tyra Banks admitted that she had a nose job quite early on in her career. She wrote about the experience in her book Perfect Is Boring and explained that she broke her nose as a child. The break was left untreated but caused her some issues as she got older so she decided to go under the knife for a combination of medical and aesthetic reasons. Banks has famously voiced her support for cosmetic surgery openly on a number of occasions.

Jillian Michaels TV personality, author and personal trainer Jillian Michaels decided to go for a rhinoplasty when she was just 16 years old after being bullied about her appearance at high school. In an interview with People, she said that the procedure changed her life because the results of the surgery boosted her confidence so considerably.
